    From the north, south & east: Leave M1 at Junction 24 (24A if coming from north), taking A50 towards Stoke. After 4-5 miles take the exit for the A6 (Derby). After less than a mile you will reach a roundabout where you should turn right towards Elvaston & Thulston. Take the first major left (B5010 for Elvaston & Borrowash), follow the road through the village then turn left at a small driveway (signposted to Elvaston CC). Drive through Elvaston Castle grounds until you see the cricket ground on your right.

    From the west: A50 as far as the turning for the A6 (Derby) then as above.
