CURTAIN UP

30/04/04: The 2004 season gets under way on Sunday as Charles Allan and Julian Shackel lead the OLCC's East Midlands Tour.

First up is the traditional season curtain-raiser at Woodhouse Eaves (Sunday May 2), followed by another trip to top Derbyshire club side Elvaston on the Bank Holiday Monday (May 3).

The weather forecast is not the most promising (follow links below) and plenty of wet-weather activities are being planned, although it is hoped that some cricket will be possible. The results of any play that takes place will be posted on the OLCC Forum (again, follow the link below).

The tour party, which will have its Headquarters at the Quorn Grange in Quorn, Leicestershire, is comprised:
